Key Responsibilities:

• Design training programs, school interventions, research, and other educational consultancy work.
• Write proposals to be offered to clients and prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education, Sociology, English, or Community Empowerment.
• Proven ability to manage programs effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Indonesian and English.
• Self-directed learner with the ability to build good relationships.
• Maximum age of 40 years.
• Ability to manage work efficiently and effectively.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate well.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in education or community empowerment.
