Job Description

• Draft, review, and modify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents involving the company.
• Coordinate meetings, hearings, and depositions, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials.
• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with compliance-related tasks and monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and managing the legal department’s calendar

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a corporate or law firm setting.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to Speak English
