Responsibilities:
1.Create and implement effective marketing communication strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
2. Oversee the development of engaging content for various channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
3. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives.
4. Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, including digital marketing efforts, to drive engagement and conversion.
5.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and public relations, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
6. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
7. Manage the marketing communication budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
8. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using analytics to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
9. Lead and mentor the marketing communication team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in marketing communication, preferably in the edu or tech industry.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong analytical and project management abilities.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing.
6. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
7. Experience in managing social media platforms and online communities.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Familiarity with graphic design software and content management systems is a plus.
