Job Description:

• Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Social Media Team to help design and execute marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, trust, and reputation, thereby attracting schools, prospective students, and retaining existing students.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, needs, and preferences of prospective audiences (students, parents, schools, and the education community) to keep products and services relevant.
• Event Planning and Execution: Plan and organize promotional events, such as workshops, open houses, or program demos, to attract students and partners.
• Event Promotion and Outreach: Collaborate with the Social Media Team to leverage various platforms to promote planned events or programs
• School Collaboration and Negotiation: Establish relationships with schools to create partnership opportunities, such as training programs, workshops, or additional courses for students.
• Relationship Maintenance: Conduct follow-ups after events or collaborations to ensure school and partner satisfaction, utilizing feedback for ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.25/4.00.
• Proven experience in organizing and managing events.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about making a positive impact in children's lives through education!
