- Responsible for the New Merchant incubation process to ensure the performance of the new merchant joiner.
- Engage the long tail merchant to push the suitable campaign for the merchant.
- Create engagement activity offline and online to activate merchant community.
1. New Merchant Incubation
2. Recommend and push merchat for Promotion adoption & Ads adoption
3. Merchant education via by conducting Merchant Academy
4. Engage merchant community offline and online
5. Merchant flow process improvement
Requirements / Criteria:
- Public Speaking Skills / Able to become public speaker
- Basic data processing (i.e excel/spreadsheet formula, pivot)
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills
- Sales & negotiation skills and experience
- Ability to work independently and detail oriented
- Able to work under pressure and target
- Photo and Video editing skills
- Willing to be placed at Cianjur, work both on field and office.
Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan
