We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team and drive our growth in the medical equipment and radiology sectors.
Position Overview:
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets for our medical equipment and radiology products nationwide. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the medical equipment market, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy for medical equipment and radiology products.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through effective market analysis and strategic planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the medical equipment or radiology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of medical equipment and radiology products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
