Job Description:
- Plan and execute targeted promotions to boost customer retention, using data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and workflows to enhance efficiency in retention efforts.
- Lead key retention projects, ensuring team collaboration and timely objective delivery.
- Provide expert advice on complex issues, supporting the team in achieving retention goals.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns swiftly, working closely with internal teams.
- Generate weekly retention reports and lead performance review meetings to drive improvement.
- Min 3 years Proven track record in handling customer complaints and enhancing retention.
- Strong knowledge of SOPs and operational workflows.
- Experience in managing and executing programs and projects.
- Creative problem-solver with an innovative approach.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies for customer retention promotions.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding and motivating teams.
- 5 days working 2 days off
- Working during Public Holiday (Additional Pay)
- Shifting schedule (9 hours include break)
- Fully Remote
Experience:
- Leading the team: 2 years (Required)
- Operation: 1 year (Required)
- Escalating Complains from the Customer: 2 years (Required)
- Fluent English (Required)
