Job Description: Procurement Admin
Position Overview:
The Procurement Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to the procurement team to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes. This includes handling purchase orders, maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and assisting with vendor management and reporting.

Position Overview:
The Procurement Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to the procurement team to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes. This includes handling purchase orders, maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and assisting with vendor management and reporting.
Responsibilities:
1.Procurement Operations:
- Process purchase requests, issue purchase orders (POs), and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Track and monitor orders to ensure compliance with company policies and timelines.
- Assist in vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, invoices, and receipts.
- Ensure proper documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.
- Update and manage the supplier database.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to confirm order details and resolve any issues.
- Follow up on delivery schedules and quality of goods received.
- Assist in evaluating vendor performance and providing feedback.
- Assist in tracking procurement expenses to ensure alignment with budgets.
- Prepare procurement reports and summaries for management review.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and report them to the procurement team.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring adherence to procurement policies.
- Coordinate with other departments for procurement needs.
- Assist in resolving procurement-related issues and discrepancies.
- Support procurement projects and initiatives as needed.
Education:
- Minimum SMK or similar degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles.
- Experience with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Basic understanding of procurement principles and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with local and international procurement regulations is an advantage.
