Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Management: Manage day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring efficient office operations and clear communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external parties.
  
• Document Control: Develop and maintain a comprehensive document management system for contracts, reports, and project schedules, ensuring proper storage and timely access to critical information.
  
• Compliance & Reporting: Monitor compliance with project procedures and regulations. Prepare regular status reports, financial updates, and assist with audits and inspections.
  
• Team Coordination: Facilitate team meetings, organize agendas, manage travel arrangements, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth collaboration across teams and subcontractors.
  
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any administrative issues promptly, contributing to the overall efficiency of the project.

• Well-maintained project documentation, including meeting minutes, schedules, and reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project administration or a similar role, preferably in construction or resort development.
  
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
