Job Description:
- Opening the office & basic clean
- Cleaning office 30 minutes before & after
- Welcoming clients & serve welcome drinks
- Organizing office schedules
- Printing invoices & receipts
- EDC or Cash payments
- Communicate with clients
Qualifications:
- Indonesian citizen
- Honest, hardworking, organized, and full of initiative
- Smart, professional & clean appearance
- Able to speak and write in English (can speak other languages is a plus)
- Able to operate Microsoft Office & Excel
- Experienced in communicating & handling customer
Working Time & Days:
Monday - Friday 08:30 to 17:00
(any overtime is a PAID overtime)
Starting Salary:
Rp. 3,500,000 / per month
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rp35,000.00 per month
Education:

• SMA/SMU/SMK (Preferred)

Experience:

• Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
