Senior Accounting Staff

Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Manage and reconcile the general ledger, resolving discrepancies.
3. Assist with closing processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
4. Support budgeting and forecasting, monitor variances, and aid in financial planning.
5. Ensure adherence to policies, assist with audits, and provide necessary documentation.
6. Help prepare tax returns and coordinate with tax professionals.
7. Oversee processing of invoices and payments, reconcile accounts, and manage collections.
8. Identify and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
9. Manage accounting software, troubleshoot issues, and handle data management.
10. Liaise with departments, provide financial insights, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. Experience: 3-5 years in accounting
3. Proficiency in accounting software (Logix One, Quick Books, SAP) and Excel.
4. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and data analysis.
5. Excellent time management, multitasking, and adaptability.
6. Clear verbal and written communication.
7. High integrity and professionalism.
8. Effective team player with leadership skills to mentor staff.
