Job Descriptions:

• Develop and produce high-quality content (including Instagram Reels, Instagram Story, Tiktok Videos, and ads)

• Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement social media strategies that aligh with our brand goals and objective

• Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts across all social media channels

• Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comment and message, and foster a positive online community

• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of content and campaign. Use insight to optimize future content strategies

• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Design, Communication or equivalent with minimum 1 year experience in the same or related position

• Proven experience as creative content creator, social media specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio

• Proficiency in basic content editing tools such as canva, capcut, or adobe suites

• Have knowledge in social media trend, algorithm, and audience preferences

• Creative thinking, proactive, detail, and able to work in a team with tight deadline

• Willing to full WFO at Gading Serpong – Tangerang

• Able to join ASAP
