- Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the supervisor.
- Explaining massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed.
- Possessing the ability to achieve revenue targets and excellent score reviews.
- Maximum 37 years old
- Proven experience working as a spa therapist for at least 1 year.
- Patient, humble, genuine and good at communicating for basic English.
