Supply Chain Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

- Support general supply chain activities, including order processing, inventory management, and vendor communication, as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and promptly resolve any supply-related issues.
- Efficiently manage and monitor shipping schedules, ensuring precision and timely delivery of goods.
- Complete tasks assigned by Manager, including supporting initiatives or projects related to supply chain optimization.
- Translate product descriptions, specifications, and other content into multiple languages to enhance our international supply chain operations.
- Ensure accurate and culturally relevant product content across the global supply chain.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, Mandarin speaker or related field.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and resolve supply-related issues.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and operation.
- Experience in a similar industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work quickly and efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
