Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s current and future workforce needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent pipeline development, ensuring that the organization attracts high-quality candidates who align with its goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and networking) to find qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed of their status.
- Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting its culture and values through various platforms.
- Organize or participate in career fairs, webinars, and networking events to attract talent.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including applicant tracking and status updates.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Stay updated on labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Advise the organization on competitive hiring strategies and compensation benchmarks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- A passion for identifying and connecting with top talent.
- Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and tools.
- Experience with data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations in Indonesia.
Contract length: 6 months
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- S1 (Preferred)
- Recruitment: 1 year (Required)
- English (Required)
