• Responsible to manage, plan, organize, and control activities of power plant (turbine cogenerator), compressor, water treatment plant, WWTP, Cooling tower and boilers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the factory runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree from Engineering (Preferable from Electrical Engineering)
• Min 10 Years Experience in related field (Have experience in coal power plant will be advantage) with minimum 1 years experience in Managerial position
• Familiar with Hazop, TPM, Lean Six Sigma, and Atex System
• Have good communciation and Leadership
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work in Cilegon Banten
