Role overview:

Canto is looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our high-performing sales team. This role is a great opportunity for You if you are interested in making an instant impact and being part of a company that is on an aggressive growth trajectory!


We are looking for a high-energy Account Executive with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding quota at a high-growth cloud organisation. Our DAM (Digital Asset Management) solution has been implemented by some of the world’s leading organisations and we are currently growing our sales team to keep up our rapid growth.



What you will do:

  • Meet and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas on net new business, primarily within UK/ Ireland markets.
  • Continually build and grow a robust pipeline by actively prospecting and engaging with leads throughout the sales cycle
  • Manage pipeline, leads, opportunity creation, forecasting, and all other sales activity via Salesforce
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of Canto products, solutions, adjacent technologies, and competition
  • Articulate business value, ROI, and technical benefits of Canto's solution
  • Accurately forecast committed business and upside opportunities


What you bring:
  • Proven track record as a top sales performer
  • Experience selling B2B Saa S solutions
  • Ability to grow your pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Experience and trained in a proven sales methodology
  • Experience with the BANT Framework
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiating skills
  • 3+ years of closing experience as a top sales performer
  • Driven, self-starter type with strong leadership and hunting skills
  • Excellent technical aptitude
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiating skills
  • Experience with Saleforce CRM
  • Team player who can positively contribute to Canto's culture
