Grooveyard Event Management have an opportunity for a strong Account Manager to join a passionate and hard-working Events team.
The successful candidate will work alongside a Senior Account Manager and the wider Grooveyard team on a range of events from initial proposal stage through to the concept development process, the planning, implementation and live event delivery as well as post event analysis.

You will work alongside some of Ireland’s finest Event Managers, globally-renowned clients, and some of the most exciting venues and events in the country.
Role
The Account Manager will be responsible for:
End-to-End Event Management: Working with a Senior Account Manager and independently on the planning, logistics, and on-site execution of large and medium-scale experiential marketing campaigns, brand activations, conferences, company and brand events.
End-to-End Event Management: Working alongside a Senior Account Manager to lead the planning, logistics, and on-site execution of large and medium-scale events, conferences, and immersive brand experiences.
Client Relationship Management: Creating and maintaining strong working relationships with key client contacts to ensure efficient and seamless project delivery.
Supplier Management: Strong communication with third-party suppliers, as well as effective briefing to ensure flawless event delivery.
Budget Accountability: Day to day responsibility for event budgets, diligently tracking expenditures to ensure optimal value for clients.
Project Timeline Management: Manage day to day running of campaigns, in line with the overall project plan.
Reporting: Timely and accurate reporting on campaign performance and preparing post-event analysis for client review.
Requirements
A minimum of two years agency and/or in-house experience running live events, sponsorship and/or experiential brand activations.
3rd level degree ideally in a related field, alternatively accredited 3rd level Cert/Diploma in Events or Marketing
Demonstrated passion and knowledge for executing and managing events and/or experiential marketing campaigns
