Key Responsibilities
Creating purchase orders & receipting goods against same
Daily processing of large volumes of supplier invoices for 3 companies
Matching invoices to goods received notes
Reconciling supplier accounts to the supplier statement, identifying invoices that are overdue or have not been received
Making and receiving telephone calls or emails to and from suppliers on a variety of queries
Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
Supporting the finance team and ad-hoc duties as required

About the role
TLI Group are accepting applications for Accounts Payable Administrator.
We are seeking an accounts payable administrator for our office in Tralee.

You will join a busy Finance team and will provide administrative support for the AP function. The main purpose of this role will be to process large volumes of invoices in an efficient and reliable manner and maintain integrity in supplier accounts.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience working in a busy administration role ideally with accounts experience
  • A motivated self-starter with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using an ERP system
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Experience with MS Office, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams and Word
