We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Administration Support Grade III to join our team in CHO1 Cavan.
Contract Type: Fixed Term 2 year contract
Contract Hours: 35 hrs per week (part time will be considered)
Salary Scale: €26,606 - €42,805 pro rata per annum.
Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments)
Annual Leave Entitlement:
30 days pro rata per annum and proportionately less for less than 12 months service.
Overview of the Post:
To work closely with members of the interdisciplinary team, other members of the administration team and other managers as appropriate, providing comprehensive administration support as required. Provision of efficient reception cover and will greet all visitors to the building making them feel comfortable and valued.

The successful candidate will have:
Essential Criteria:
- A recognised and relevant Secretarial/Administration Qualification or relevant experience working in a
- A minimum of two years‘ experience working in a busy office environment
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook (a skills test will be conducted prior to
- Experience of reception duties and interacting with members of the public.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience of working with Healthcare Database Software or similar system
- Experience of audio typing.
- Experience of working in a Health or Social Care setting
