Administrator / Document Controller ( Construction back ground preferred)

The ideal candidate will have a strong document administrative background, and be experienced managing various administrative tasks in a changing environment. Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the document management process for the project in compliance with all quality and Client requirements
- Use of software and electronic documentation system as per project requirements.
- Check documents for compliance with project requirements, and issuances of documents, update registers, and manage all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Ensure all relevant documentation are maintained in the Electronic Document Management System.
- Work directly with the project’s onsite team to ensure the smooth running of the project. Provide administrative support where required; scheduling internal meetings, recording decisions, creating workflows, preparing documentation, monitoring project progress, and coordinating quality controls.
- Ensure the timely distribution of documents and drawings to project teams. Distribute drawing transmittals and submittals to the client.
- Amend documents accurately, communicating and redistributing to relevant personnel where necessary.
- Liaise with contractors and client regarding the management and distribution of essential documents.
- Create templates for future use
- Complete other administrative tasks to support the overall business which may arise.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on the project as required.
- Awareness and understanding of applicable company procedures.
- 2 plus years Document Control experience within regulated industries
- Experience with document management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Well organised, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Construction-related experience would be beneficial.
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
