Supporting the project lead in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Monitoring and tracking project progress against timelines and milestones on project management software.
Coordinating project activities and facilitating communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
Documenting meeting minutes, action items, and decisions made during project meetings.
Supporting risk management efforts by identifying and addressing project risks and issues.
Assisting in quality assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
Contributing to the identification and implementation of process improvements.
Providing administrative support to the project team as needed.
Collaborating with the project lead to ensure that project requirements are met and that project goals are achieved successfully.
