The Great Southern Killarney, part of the Hayfield Family Collection, is looking for an experienced & highly efficient, well organised and energetic Bartender to join our team in Brownes Bar.
Key delivery areas:
As Bartender your main function will be to provide excellent customer service by professionally and efficiently serving food and beverage to our Guests.
The Successful Candidate will:

• Ideally have previous experience in a similar role at 4*/5* level
• Have a friendly and outgoing manner
• Be well-presented and maintain a professional image at all times through appearance
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have fluent English, both verbal and written
• Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service
• Be a team player, flexible
