Due to in continuing growth within the Center of Expertise (Co E) we are currently hiring for a number of open positions across a number of our teams.
We hold various start dates throughout the year, usually one per quarter.
What you’ll do
Work directly with our customers as we release generative AI-powered capabilities and features natively into our cloud business software, including Joule, our generative AI copilot that transforms how people interact with their processes and data.
The Associate Business Process Consultant of the Center of Expertise (Co E) contributes with technical and functional expertise to deliver a portfolio of services that drive value through a combination of best practices, tools, knowledge, and experience to drive time to value and accelerate our customers’ transition to the cloud. Our Co E Early Talent Program is seeking Associate Business Process Consultants to deliver onsite and remote customer service via project engineering, assessment, and safeguarding services from SAP's best practice solutions. You will be part of our Premium Engagement - Max Attention program service delivery and get the opportunity to work with many big global customers.
- Work with critical customer situations in your area of expertise to ensure any go-live/production-down issues are resolved.
- Act as a technical expert ensuring and providing quality assurance for key design decision reviews and supporting customers and partners during build phase.
- Apply your skills in solving customer design and build issues or challenges.
- Align internally with different SAP product teams on product roadmaps to ensure customers are choosing the right paths during their implementation/upgrade life cycles.
- Advise customers on best practices, most optimum approaches in relation to supported SAP product areas involved in customer implementations.
- Review their design and ensuring they are following SAP best practices to achieve successful outcomes and to mitigate any risks of using too many enhancements/customizations.
- Using your programming and debugging skills.
Responsibilities
- Become a trusted Associate Business Process Consultant in some of SAP's world-renowned products, including S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud, and a range of Application-based products.
- Provide Global Mission Critical support for issue resolution in your specific area of expertise.
- Collaborate closely, working with Development, Sales and Operational organizations within SAP to endure End-to-End analysis of a customer business solution to execute the best engagement plan to safeguard their solution as an engineer, project manager or Technology advisor. - Honors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Science or Engineering or similar
- Strong skills in industry-known programming languages
- Ability to showcase Aptitude and Attitude for Customer Success

2 – 3 years’ experience in software engineering, whether as:
- An Intern or working student.
- A technical consultant .
- Developer experienced in enterprise applications.
- Experience with S/4HANA transformation (e.g., conversion, new implementation, selective data transition) will be an advantage
- Experience with ABAP or Root Cause analysis/debugging skills will be an advantage
- Experience in SAP AIS/Product or Custom Development experience will be an advantage
- Proven attention to detail, with a focus on quality assurance
- Solution-orientated with awareness of both technical as well as business concerns
- Team player who wants to work in a technically broad environment.
- Customer facing experience Business fluent in English (written and verbal)
