The ideal candidate will
-Help Develop existing menu
- Contribute to menu development, incorporating creative ideas and innovative techniques
- Manage all kitchen operations
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards according to HACCP.
- Support inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation.
Requirements for this job:

• Previous experience in a busy café / Bistro environment
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills

Duties include:

• Following HACCP and Food Safety regulations
• Managing waste and margins
• Leading by example in terms of customer service
• Manage and support existing team
• Following instructions from management in achieving a consistently great Bistro experience

Excellent renumeration package on offer to the right candidate
