Job Title: Concession Manager
Location: Brown Thomas, Limerick
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week over 5 days)
Hours: 10 am - 7 pm Monday to Thursday, 10 am - 8 pm Friday, 11 am - 6 pm Saturday (must be able to work weekends)
Salary: €27,000 per annum, plus bonus opportunities through a commission structure
Team Size: 3 to 4 employees

Role Responsibilities:
As the Concession Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our concession, ensuring that sales targets are met and the customer experience remains exceptional. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales by leading from the front and motivating your team to achieve store targets and KPIs.
• Managing and coaching a small team of 3 to 4 employees to consistently deliver excellent customer service.
• Overseeing the daily operations of the concession, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
• Conducting personalized beauty consultations and recommending products to meet customers' needs.
• Collaborating with the marketing and brand teams to implement in-store events and promotions.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and welcoming concession environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally within the beauty or luxury sector.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading hours, including late shifts on Fridays.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both customers and the wider store team.
