The Baby Doc Shop is one of Irelands largest retailers of all things baby equipment from buggies to car seat! We're looking for someone to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative as part of our Head Office team (hybrid or remote options available).

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to handle inquiries and ensure our customers receive the highest quality of service. This position requires excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. You'll also need to be super organised and an excellent team player.
Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, whatsapp, webforms etc (all performed using the Zendesk CRM tool)
• Handle and resolve customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
• Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their satisfaction is achieved.
