Demand Planning BI Specialist - East

This role is utilizing in-depth data analytics and tools expertise to:
- support data digitization effort in the DP function in conjunction with CPS global programs (IBP, Power BI, Stat forecasting…) and Operating Units supply chain initiatives,
- transform the analysis & reporting of global demand through automation,
- develop new analytical capabilities across DP specialists leveraging new digital functionalities,
- bring a significant advantage to business partners through segmented & targeted analysis, enabling better and faster SC decisions and system alignment, in a context of increasing complexity & volatility.
- Support key digitization projects for demand planning function, such as the deployment of IBP new functionalities across the globe (define user stories, test & train users), support end-to-end data integration with OUs & bottlers, deploy collaboration & decision making tools such as ORI & control tower, automate processes leveraging Power Apps & Python.
- Lead demand reporting & analytics continuous improvement, through the proactive design of new Power BI/pivot reports and dashboards addressing CRM & planning needs, as well as anticipating evolution of business requirements. This includes accuracy, alerts, segmented planning, SPP, S&OP and customer engagement activities.
- In tight collaboration with IT and with global transformation stakeholders, standardize & automate demand volumes reports, leveraging ORI, Power BI and Power pivot and connecting them with SAP core systems.
- Develop scenario analysis to assess demand potential uplifts/reduction in strategic markets or portfolio categories, in view to provide recommendation of actions to P&L, MM, and to support CRM in aligning OU stakeholders on the best possible scenario and its cost & availability implications.
- Leverage stat forecast trends to enable stronger & faster demand validation & collaboration by demand analysts. Ensure IBP master data accuracy through monthly audits & feedback to DP specialists. Optimize demand planning master data standards in conjunction with Co E & DP stakeholders.
- Work in tight collaboration with demand analysts globally and the Co E to drive analytical processes improvement across all regions. Periodically manage key demand activities as required by the team back up plans. This includes updating & validating system data, running reports & representing the DP function in plants / Partners routine meetings.
- Manage INSWA demand plans and support India plant demand processes and reporting
- As an SME, train new DP associates and support capability development across Demand specialists, especially in the adoption of new tools & methods for analytics.
5+ years’ experience in a Data analyst role, Planning/Demand planning or Budget areas.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance or Supply Chain Management.
