We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving client success and growing our book of business.
Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for crafting and executing effective digital marketing strategies. Your duties will include:

• Building strong relationships with clients through proactive communication.

• Developing and presenting digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.

• Securing client sign-off on strategies and overseeing projects from start to finish.

• Coordinating tasks with internal and external resources to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and presenting insights to clients.

• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve client results and foster long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience in:
Digital Marketing Skills

• SEO: Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

• SEM: Experience with paid advertising platforms like Google Ads.

• Social Media Ads: Familiarity with managing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or Linked In. Any experience running paid social with success is a plus. Share an example if you have one!

• Email Marketing: Ability to design and execute targeted email campaigns that drive engagement.

Tools You’ll Use

• Chat GPT / Claude: Experience here is a big plus.

• Click Up: For project management and task coordination.

• Ahrefs: For SEO analysis and keyword research.

• Google Docs: For documentation and collaboration.

• Social Media Platforms: To execute and monitor campaigns.
