THE ROLE:
- Welcome and Seat Guests: Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables promptly.
- Menu Assistance: Offer menu recommendations and answer any questions about dishes or drinks.
- Order Delivery: Accurately deliver food and beverages to the correct tables.
- Table Setup and Cleanup: Ensure tables are properly set up before guests arrive and cleared efficiently after meals.
- Guest Support: Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints calmly and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are served correctly and on time.
- Seamless Service: Work closely with the entire team to deliver a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €15.00-€18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
