We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as full-time waitstaff.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner.
Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring a high standard of service.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant as needed.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive and proactive attitude.
Legal right to work in Ireland.
