Due to our continued growth, we are now looking for a General Operative for Mooney’s Hyundai, Longmile Rd. This is a great opportunity to join our growing team in our new state-of-the-art aftersales facility.
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a General Operative. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks throughout all departments, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
● Cleaning and Organising: Cleaning Customers Cars, Keeping the grounds clean, organised, and hazard-free, including sweeping floors, disposing of waste, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
● Vehicle Movement: Move vehicles within the garage premises safely and efficiently.
● Adherence to Safety Protocols: Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
● Inspection of vehicles for damage.
● Delivery and collection of vehicles throughout Ireland.
Requirements:
● Full Driving License
● General understanding of vehicle maintenance.
● Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling.
● Willingness to collaborate with team members and assist in various tasks as required.
● Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and follow instructions accurately.
● Punctuality and dependability are crucial for this role to ensure smooth garage operations.
● Good verbal communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.
● Strong commitment to adhering to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
