We are looking for ae experienced Hotel Night Porter to join our Nights team, working from 23:00 to 07:00.


Main Responsibilities:

• Providing overnight service to hotel guests
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and checklists
• Report defective materials and equipment to the relevant department
• Assist with room service and comply with food handling regulations
• Night cleaning of public areas and outside areas
• Hotel security and fire walk
• Follow all Health & Safety protocols
• Hotel reception duties including answering guest requests and telephone enquiries
• Setting up Meeting / Function rooms as required
• Assisting in all other areas of the Hotel as required
• Ensure a high standard of personal grooming
• Good level of conversational English required for guest and team communication.
