Our International People Team is seeking a HR People Generalist for a 9 month fixed term contract to support and enhance the effectiveness of our operations. Your role will be pivotal in providing assistance to teams across Ireland, the UK, Germany, France, Australia, and Canada. You will be the point of contact for all employee queries, specifically in the areas of on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits, payroll and assisting with ad-hoc projects.


This is a hybrid role that will require you to attend the office once a week.

What You’ll Do


  • You will oversee the administration of our employee benefit programs across all markets, including promoting benefit offerings to enhance employee awareness
  • You will coordinate the onboarding experience for all new employees and manage offboarding tasks
  • You will coordinate probation check-ins and reviews
  • You will manage employee lifecycle changes and ensure data integrity and timely reporting
  • You will manage the international HR box and ticketing system
  • You will process requests for employment and salary verification
  • You will support in the preparation of monthly payroll changes to include benefits, terminations and new hires ensuring data quality and accuracy
  • You will escalate employee relation issues to the People Partner and Director of People

Who you are

  • You have 3- 5 years experience working in Human Resources
  • You have comprehensive international benefits management experience
  • You are experienced in HR Systems (Workday preferred )
  • You're have proven ability to create and implement innovative ideas
  • French language skills are a bonus
