The Vacancy
Bestseller Ireland Ltd. are currently seeking a part time 30 hours per week office administrator to join our office in Ballymount, Dublin 12.

What is this opportunity?
You will be joining a well-established company as their Office Administrator.

What will be your responsibilities?

Handling email, post and phone inquiries.
Assisting with collection requests
Assisting colleagues whenever possible.
Managing the travel plans, appointments, and agendas of senior management.
Taking inventory and replacing office supplies when necessary.
Submitting reports and preparing presentations and general research.
Managing the stock entering and exiting the premise
Creating and updating databases for various forms of data, including personnel and financial information.
Taking minutes in meetings
Assisting human resources with hiring, training new employees and ad hoc tasks
Managing sample sale
Fleet management
Premium club liaison
Supporting social committee
Greeting and welcoming customers who visit the showrooms

Requirements

Strong customer service/people skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Proficient with office365
Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
Planning and organizational skills
