The Sportsbook Operations Team
The Sportsbook Operations team are a focal point of contact for various stakeholders both internally & externally. This includes liaising with trading, customer service, product, tech, compliance & commercial on a day to day basis to ensure that the sportsbook runs to its optimal level.


What you will be doing:

• Manage incidents across the sports platform. Liaise with tech to make sure incidents are categorized correctly and resolved in a timely manner.
• Operational/Content optimisation by region/country
• Management of events - Have all possible sporting events on site and ensure they are set up correctly e.g ensuring events/markets meet local regulations.
• Work with the product & tech team to make sure all product features are at an optimal level.
• Bet Settlement – Settle any bets that are outstanding. Resettle bets settled incorrectly.

• Strong relationship and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible working hours. Weekends and evenings will be included.
