Working Days / Hours: Monday to Friday / 9:00 to 17:30


What Will You Be Doing?


Customer Service: Address customer needs to ensure top-notch service and shipment satisfaction.

• Logistics Coordination: Manage and oversee all aspects of land transport shipments, including documentation.
• IT Systems: Use Schenker IT Systems (CIEL), MS Office, and other tools for accurate shipment tracking and data handling.
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain KPIs and comply with all legal, regulatory, and company standards, including Health & Safety.
• Pricing & Invoicing: Generate accurate pricing, handle sales invoicing, and process costs efficiently.
• Inquiry Management: Respond to inquiries promptly and escalate issues as needed.

About You

• 
  Experience: Previous experience in forwarding, logistics, transport, or supply chain management.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling logistics and documentation.
• Proactive: Ability to anticipate issues and address them before they escalate.
• Organized: Efficient in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective interaction with customers and team members.
