What the programme looks like
24-month structured programme, working on key business projects focused on continuous improvement, digitalization and change management. Position Overview:
You will play a crucial role in supporting our company’s strategic decision making and driving our business growth by conducting market research, analysing data, and generating leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive the strategy and the optimization of lead/sales generation activity.
· Collect and analyze market data, industry trends, and competitor information to identify market opportunities.
· Use various research methods to gather relevant information and insights.
· Analyze market research data to identify patterns, trends, and customer preferences.
· Support competitor analysis efforts by investigating activity, identify pricing strategies/service offerings, customer & support models
· Identify and research potential leads & prospects via various channels, including online research, industry databases, & marketing
· Qualify leads based on defined criteria and ensure accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system.
· Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations for management and other stakeholders.
· Collaborate with the sales and product teams to support the development and refinement of growth strategies
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation efforts and provide regular updates and insights to the team.
· Communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies related to market research and lead generation.
Essential Criteria:
· Degree Level Qualification in a relevant field: Marketing, Digital Marketing (or other related degree preferred).
· Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis tools.
· Proficient in extracting key insights and providing concise recommendations based on data analysis.
· Highly IT literate, fully proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar.
Skills, Experience & Educational Qualifications required:
- 2:1 or above degree (predicted or obtained at the time of application) in a related discipline i.e., Logistics, supply chain or transport management.
- Interested in project management, process improvement and data analysis/metrics
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis tools.
- Motivated to develop a career in the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service, with innovative ideas and practical solutions continuously improving our business.
- Fully mobile to travel within the Ireland and able to work at other sites outside Cedar Drive to deliver key projects as required.
- Highly IT literate, fully proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar.
- Clean Irish driving license.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Fluent in English.
- Enthusiastic and open-minded with a ‘Can- Do’ attitude.
- Confident communicator – able to tailor communication style according to the audience.
Initial 24-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC), with the aim that Graduates move into a permanent position within the business – subject to a suitable vacancy being available and in line with the selection process for the role.

LOCATION: Dublin Based – Cedar Drive, Dublin Airport Logistics Park, St. Margarets
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week
