The Wilder Townhouse represents a truly unique experience in the concept of a resident’s only townhouse. All that you would expect in terms of luxury, personalised service and personality are the Wilder’s cherished hallmarks. This is an exciting opportunity for a Night Auditor looking to take their career to the next level or an already experienced supervisor in the capacity of reception.
Located on leafy Adelaide Road in Dublin 2 The Wilder Townhouse offers its guests a truly unique experience. With 42 individually designed guest bedrooms, Garden room restaurant and Gin & Tea rooms.
Ideally, our new colleague will have experience in the hotel sector or similar luxury environment. Excellent communication skills and the flexibility to work in a guest-facing role are a must, along with the adaptability to support the overall operation of the townhouse.
Key Responsibilities

Providing a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Wilder Townhouse standards.
To answer any questions or queries regarding check in/check out times, room availability, hotel services.
To always be well presented and in correct uniform.
Thorough knowledge of Hotsoft and ensure all guest information is captured.
Anticipates guest’s needs and provide them with a personalised, crafted experience.
To strive for excellent guest reviews at all times.
To demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to work.
Be accustomed to working evening shifts.
Oversee the smooth operational running of the hotel throughout the evening.
To act as a manager on duty for the hotel and to deal with and resolve any complaints, problems, disturbances, special requests, or any other enquiries.
Responsible for ensuring that our guest profiles are up to date, room allocation is in line with the Wilder strategy and all VIP amenities are prepared.
Oversee the general upkeep of public areas, main foyer and porch and all lighting levels.
Assist in late evening bar food & beverage service

Experience

Minimum 1 year experience in a hotel reception, duty manager or night auditor role.
Minimum 1 year experience within a 4/5* Hotel.
Strong understanding of HOTSOFT or similar reservation systems.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €13.50 per hour
