Office Administrator

Limerick

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Limerick. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks and supporting caseworkers in their daily activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
General Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
  • Manage office supplies and order new materials as needed.
Support for Caseworkers:
  • Assist caseworkers in completing applications and documentation for clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Writing and sending out advice notes
Customer Interactions:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing information and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist clients with form completion and provide guidance on application processes.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Communication and Coordination:
  • Communicate effectively with team members to support seamless office operations.
  • Coordinate with external partners and service providers as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A friendly and professional demeanour.
