Position Overview
Are you an experienced Paid Social Media Specialist looking to take control of client growth strategy, across a variety of digital channels, with a particular focus on ecommerce clients?
The Paid Social Media Specialist will be a key part of the team, whose duties will include engaging directly with clients to gather their marketing needs, the management of social media ad accounts and associated campaigns. The candidate is expected to have a strong understanding of META, Pinterest, Tik Tok and other media channels to affect growth for their clients and alignment with Studio Forty9’s client growth plans. 
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in a similar digital marketing role. A strong understanding of catalogue feed implementation, full funnel ad optimisation tactics, technical issue resolution e.g. Pixel or Tracking are ideal. 
They will work as part of the marketing department and are expected to consistently grow and optimise our core areas. They will work alongside the Marketing Team Lead and Growth Director and are expected to take ownership of managing social advertising campaigns including the strategy, design briefing, implementation, tracking, and analysis of ad performance. 
Studio Forty9 is focused on growing the portfolio of marketing services and the capability we provide to our B2C and B2B retail ecommerce clients, so the ideal candidate will also be ambitious and keen to direct a team in the future and provide leadership and coaching for team members with a view to achieving Studio Forty9 business goals.
Overall Objective

• Providing high-value execution of paid performance media across META, and other media channels eg Tik Tok, Pinterest. 

• Deliver strong analytical skills with understanding of relevant web metrics and KPIs – PROAS, ROAS, CLV, CTR, CPC, etc. on all media activity.

• Work collaboratively with the other marketing channel experts in Studio Forty9 to develop a comprehensive strategy leveraging "joined-up thinking" to achieve optimal results for our clients. 

• Represent Studio Forty9 with respect to all of our clients

• Championing our client’s business within Studio Forty9

Key performance indicators that you will be measured on include: 

• Contribution to achieving client financial targets – meeting agreed monthly budgets and consistently high ROAS

• Appropriate use of time as defined by retainer hours for each client

• Knowledge of, and relationship with clients 

• This role is a client-facing role that requires you to work on both strategic long-term and short-term plans and projects. You will need to build strong relationships at various levels within the client organisation, as well as acquire thorough knowledge about their business. You will also need to present strategic media solutions to non-media people.

We are looking ideally for a candidate with 3 years experience with:
Social Media Marketing 

• Set up of ad accounts and similar assets on platforms such as META, Tik Tok, Pinterest

• Responsible for multiple social media ad accounts including; ad creation, tracking, and analysis.

• Responsible for ongoing planning, development, and implementation of agency client social media strategies.

• Create and manage multiple content calendars for agency clients 

• Prepare and comment on monthly reports for data analytics and campaign analysis.

Relevant tools

• Social Platforms: META, Pinterest, Tik Tok etc.

• Business Managers (META, Pinterest, Tik Tok): Pixel, Domains, Catalogues

• Analytics: Merchant Centre, Search Console, Tag Manager, GA4

• Reporting: Looker Studio, Supermetrics

• Experience with ecommerce platforms e.g. Shopify, Big Commerce

• Experience of the retail sector

• Experience of working in a digital agency

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

• Ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.

• Excellent written communication skills and ability to prepare reports and slide decks.

• Must be able to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working on and collaborating with a multi-channel team.

• Ability to work remotely and communicate on Zoom, Slack etc.

Location:
Ireland is ideal, but our entire team is working remotely at present, so location is not an issue.
