We are currently seeking to recruit a part time Office Administrator for an immediate start to be based at our office in Johns Lane, Co. Dublin.
This is a part-time office-based role, flexibility will be considered for the correct candidate.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Delivering general administration office duties & supporting the wider management team.
- Coordinate external communications including website, social media and publications.
- Ensure filing systems are up to date.
- Ad hoc administrative duties as they arise.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organisational Skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and take initiative.
- Strong administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Pay: €28,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Leaving Certificate (preferred)
