The Role

Customer Service Attendant - Limerick - €12.70 per hour –20 hours

If so, you'd be a great candidate for our new Parking Attendant position in Limerick City Centre!
Our Attendants are the face of our business to the public as they perform customer service at our city centre site.
You'll join a team that enjoys being outdoors and aiding the public; taking pride in their work to assist our customers with all parking issues.
Please note that the shifts are 4-hour days and we are looking for candidates to work Monday – Friday .
Could you be our next Customer Service Attendant? Here's what you need to know:

You will work 20 hours per week Monday to Friday at a City Centre P&D Car Park
Your duties will include customer service and ambassadorial duties for users of the Car Park.

Could you be the ideal applicant?

Previous Customer experience is a distinct advantage, but not essential as full training will be given
You will be friendly and focused on the customers and our company goals

Are you ready to be our next local ambassador?

To prepare you, you will be given training with our team leaders in a friendly setting, who will provide assistance in your first weeks of work.
You will also be trained in different aspects of customer service and all aspects of parking rules.
