• Managing the pipeline of client ‘Digital Audit’ deliverables for active or future audit engagements, with responsibilities ranging from engaging internal teams or clients to booking technical resources to complete each work step.
• Helping create and manage workplans for the lifecycle of any product development projects, setting quality and performance standards and actively remediating any risks.
• Leading a daily stand up for all client and product development work, ensuring progress is on track and any bottlenecks communicated to impacted stakeholders.
• Constantly challenging the status quo, bringing fresh insight into how to do things better.
• Measuring digital audit adoption and business impact as well as other operations work will be performed where time permits.

• A proven self-starter that is proactive in setting up and managing our pipeline of client and development work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and being able to work closely with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organisational skills, methodical, with strong attention to detail.
• A creative mindset, with the ability to draw up new approaches to enable the delivery of competing priorities, for example.

• Hands on experience with project management tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Trello or Teamwork, for example.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Exposure to technical teams using ETL tools such as Alteryx or Knime, BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Thought Spot and programming languages such as SQL, R or Python would be preferred but not mandatory.
• Scrum master experience and working within agile. Sprint methodology would be an advantage.
