We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team! We are currently recruiting a Receptionist/Concierge to join our Rapport team at our client's office in the heart of Dublin. The client is Ireland’s leading commercial property investment company and the largest owner of offices and logistics assets in Dublin.
We are a group of 17 individuals, passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service and facilities support to our guests.
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week). The core service hours are between 8 AM and 5:30 PM. We don’t work on Bank Holidays, so you can enjoy your work-life balance!
Main responsibilities

Managing the ground floor reception and lobby hosting throughout all the offices within this client portfolio
Overseeing all activities inside the building
Supporting the tenants and looking after their visitors, providing an excellent and intuitive customer service to everyone around
Maintaining a secure and well-functioning work environment

The ideal candidate will

Ideally, have at least one year of customer service experience
Be willing to travel and work in different Client sites
Have an outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders
Be creative, proactive, flexible, with great attention to detail, with a can-do attitude and ambition to learn and grow
Have passion about delivering great service and taking responsibility for their contribution to the team
Be able to work on their own without the manager’s supervision
