Receptionist/Concierge - Dublin

We are a group of 17 individuals, passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service and facilities support to our guests.
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week). The core service hours are between 8 AM and 5:30 PM. We don’t work on Bank Holidays, so you can enjoy your work-life balance!
Main responsibilities
- Managing the ground floor reception and lobby hosting throughout all the offices within this client portfolio
- Overseeing all activities inside the building
- Supporting the tenants and looking after their visitors, providing an excellent and intuitive customer service to everyone around
- Maintaining a secure and well-functioning work environment

- Ideally, have at least one year of customer service experience
- Be willing to travel and work in different Client sites
- Have an outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders
- Be creative, proactive, flexible, with great attention to detail, with a can-do attitude and ambition to learn and grow
- Have passion about delivering great service and taking responsibility for their contribution to the team
- Be able to work on their own without the manager’s supervision
