Location: Hybrid – Office-based for the first 2 months (Training) and then 100% Remote (Based in Ireland)

Recmark is a digital marketing company specialising in recruitment marketing for healthcare employers. We manage advertising campaigns and candidate screening to help our clients find top talent. Our clients are all in the healthcare sector, and the majority of the candidates we screen are Healthcare Assistants (HCAs). We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Screener.
Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Screener, you will play a vital role in transforming a high volume of candidate applications into a curated list of top-tier candidates ready for interviews. This role might be ideal for a young and driven HCA looking to transition into a new challenge while using their knowledge of the healthcare industry to identify and assess suitable candidates. The position starts with 2 months of office-based training, after which you will transition to working 100% remotely from home.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a very high volume of outbound calls to candidates as part of the screening process.
Review and assess applications, CVs, and cover letters to identify candidates best suited for our clients' needs.
Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability.
Develop a thorough understanding of each client’s requirements to ensure that only the most fitting candidates are submitted for interviews.
Provide detailed feedback to candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the screening process.
Maintain and update candidate records in our database.
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to continuously improve screening strategies and methods.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidates objectively.
A genuine interest in the recruitment process and helping candidates find the right fit.
Comfortable with managing a high volume of outbound calls daily.
Self-motivated and able to transition smoothly from office-based training to a fully remote work environment.
Proficiency with recruitment software and technology is a plus, but training will be provided.
