The Blink Group are seeking multiple outgoing and enthusiastic individuals to help make our Halloween and Christmas events come to life by utilizing great acting skills. This role offers the unique opportunity to meet and interact with a wide range of people, enhancing the experience in the event and marketing industry while fully immersing yourself in wonderful characters.
This is a paid job, with the events running throughout the seasonal periods.
Key Responsibilities:
· Become fully immersed in the characters required for each event. Engaging with event attendees and members of the public in fun ways.
· Represent The Blink Group and our clients at various events, ensuring a positive and engaging presence.
· Interact with clients and customers to promote event effectively and create a fun and welcoming environment for all.
· Assist in event activities, ensuring smooth and successful events.
· Provide information and support to event attendees, addressing inquiries and promoting brand awareness where needed.
· Collaborate with the event management team to ensure all client expectations are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
· Previous experience in acting or customer-facing role.
·Character skills- ability to portray a variety of characters, especially those related to Halloween (pirates) and Christmas (elves).
·Improvisational skills to interact with audiences and adapt to different situations and surroundings.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to engage with a diverse range of clients and customers.
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
· Willingness to wear costumes and stage makeup where required.
· Ability to engage and build a rapport with people of all ages.
· A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
