• Drive the end-to-end development of ML solutions, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and scaling in production environments. These solutions include recommender systems, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Collaborate with data scientists/engineers to continuously improve models features and ensure that data contracts are met. Mentor and support junior team members.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights and identify patterns that can inform model development.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate machine learning solutions to evaluate feasibility and effectiveness.
• Communicate actionable insights and results to cross-functional teams, including product managers and business stakeholders, to inform strategic decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply them to enhance our products.
• Offline evaluation of machine learning models and establish a correlation between online A/B tests and offline metrics.

• Minimum of three years of industry experience in machine learning or data science, with a proven track record of leading projects and delivering scalable solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in Recommender System and Computer Vision
• Strong mathematical, analytical and quantitative background
• Proficient Python programming skills with ability to write production quality code
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop/Spark and/or cloud technologies
