Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on experience
Auralia Hospital, Ireland's leading private cosmetic and bariatric surgery hospital, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated SEO/SEA Expert to join our team full-time at our Parkwest, Dublin location. This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional with a strong background in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Advertising (SEA) to contribute to the growth of a prestigious healthcare brand.
Key Responsibilities:
SEA (Search Engine Advertising):

• Manage budgets and bids to maximize ROI.
• Set up and optimize automated or manual bidding strategies.
• Create and manage brand new and existing campaigns, including Performance Max (P-Max) campaigns.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword and negative keyword research to achieve optimal Cost Per Click (CPC).
• Optimize conversion rates and correctly set up Consent Mode.
• Perform competitor analysis and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Conduct A/B testing and set up retargeting and time-sensitive ads.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

• Conduct keyword research, focusing on search volumes and the estimated value of search.
• Ensure the website is crawlable and correctly indexed.
• Develop strategic backlinks to credible websites and perform on-page optimization for target keywords.
• Create high-quality blog posts and optimize Google Maps SEO for location-sensitive searches.
• Recommend and implement strategies to improve website loading time, mobile friendliness, and user experience.

General Responsibilities:

• Generate monthly reports with clear data and sound recommendations.
• Stay up to date with the latest market and technical trends.
• Develop strategies to optimize Google Ads and Google Maps advertising for the highest Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) while building strong SEO to reduce paid advertising costs.

Required Qualifications:

• Google Certifications:
• Google Ad Words
• Google Analytics GA4 Certification (preferably 4 or more Analytics Academy certifications)
• Preferable: AI-Powered Shopping Ads
• Non-Google Certifications:
• Digital Marketing BSc or equivalent
• Preferable: GDPR Compliance Training

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in the following tools:
• Google Ads, Google Analytics (able to set up from the ground up), Google My Business Profile Manager, Google Maps (SEO and SEA), Google Search Console, Google Trends, Google Keyword Planner
• Experience with SEMrush, Lighthouse, MOZ, Surfer, or similar tools
• Knowledge of You Tube for P-Max purposes
• Strong ability to conduct competitor analysis, set up retargeting campaigns, perform A/B testing, and manage budgets effectively.
• Expertise in on-page and technical SEO, including link building, keyword strategy, and content creation.

Desired Characteristics:

• Deep understanding of Irish Google user behavior.

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for creating comprehensive reports and recommendations.
