Midland Steel provide innovative modular rebar product solutions that help customers deliver high quality reinforcement steel on time and on budget.
We are recruiting for Junior and Experienced Steel Fixers for our Mountmellick plant. Working in a static, safe and controlled environment, our Fixers fabricate in the factory with the support of high end tooling and lifting equipment.
Responsibilities
Reading and interpreting production drawings and specifications
Marking and setting out reinforcement bars
Tying bars together using wire, clips, or other appropriate fastening methods
Installing additional reinforcement elements, such as mesh, couplers etc
Conducting quality checks and inspections
Experience
1 Year Experience in Steel Fixing

Must be eligible to work in Ireland
